    Blue Labels Boutique had the pleasure of receiving this invitation from Tori Johnson and Body Brite.  Of course, I happily accepted!  What is Body Brite?  Well, they provide teeth whitening, IPL Hair Removal, Skin Rejuvenation, Oxygen Facials, Eyebrow Threading and more.  Body Brite is a like a boutique for the body!  Best of all…their services are all priced at less than $100.  Check out these pics from a fabulous night!

    Dating is one of those things that you either love or hate.  It’s easy to love when a guy is taking you out, you’re having a good time and it’s all on his dime.  Heck yea…that’s easy to love!  The hate part comes in when you consider what it’s like to have a convo with someone that you don’t know, the nervousness of not knowing what he thinks about you, the worries of having that “awkward moment”.  Yep,  there’s lot to despise about it.  Add all that up, throw in the fact that it’s your first date, and that may leave you with a case of the hives, or your finger on your phone about to press send to the text that says, can’t make it, can we reschedule?  Before you break out the ointment or send that text…stay calm.  Yes, this date could eventually lead to you marrying the man of your dreams and living a fabulous life forevermore but don’t think that far ahead.  He might not even want to ask you out on a second date if you break one of the cardinal first date rules!  Yes, there are lot’s of “First Date Rules” out there but we are talking about your style.  The outfit you choose could lead you down the aisle or filling out a massive survey on Match.com.  Which do you prefer?  If you’re goal is to look and feel fabulous while you get to know this stranger than you are in the right place!  Here’s how to dress on a first date!

                     If you’re first date is taking you to the movies or on a date during the day.  Wear a dress that is flirty and shows some leg.  The height in the heels will make your legs look fabulous and the dainty jewelry makes it perfect for a daytime date.

    Last month, we shared with you a Guest Fashion Post that I did for Style Lush TV.   See the How To Be Stylish At Your Next Job Interview here. They held a meet n’ greet for all #GFBs last week at a place called Tacos and Tequila Restaurant.  We met up to meet, greet, share stories, drink, and eat.  It was also a pleasure to meet everyone and see hows they speak in terms of fashion.  It’s the best language!  Here are a few pictures from the event.

    Neon colors are the BUSINESS right now in fashion and it isn’t going anywhere, anytime soon.  From skirts to dresses, handbags to nail polish…the options of rocking neon colors are endless.  It just depends on where you want to put it.  Style it the wrong way and you run the risk of walking around looking like a highlighter!  And if my assumption is correct, that probably isn’t the look you are going for.  Here tips on how to pop in neon like a true fashionista!

    Style Tip #1:  Avoid pairing it with black shoes because they are too heavy against neon colors.  Instead pair it with lighter colored shoes like camel.

    Wearing skirts is the best experience when you can find some decent weather, it’s been treacherous for all of us lately!  But while you’re busy “putting out the old and bringing in the new”, don’t forget to give your closet a nice lil’ revamp!  Skirts are one of our favorite things to wear when warmer weather hits.  They are so ladylike, sexy, and fun…how can rocking a skirt be wrong?  If loving them is wrong, I don’t want to be right!
    As you know, styles come and go.  Some styles are buried never to be heard from again, some pop up every 10 years or so, and then there are those styles that are classic that aren’t going anywhere.  If you are looking to put a lil’ oomph in your skirt wardrobe then you have certainly come to the right place.  There are some new rules to the skirt game.  Here are four new skirt rules to follow this Spring!
    • Rule 1:  Mesh, lace, sheer, crochet…These aren’t your traditional hems!  Rocking a regular hem is cool but don’t be afraid to change it up with these options.
